1. What surfaces do you set inflatables up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If you are planning on setting up your inflatable on any other surface or inside, please specify at the time of reservation so we can bring sand bags instead.

  2. How much space do I need for an inflatable?
We provide measurements for all the inflatables in the photo gallery, however, please consider an additional 3 to 5 feet of unobstructed perimeter around each side of the inflatable and at the top for clearance.

  3. How long does it take to set up the inflatable?
It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to set up a unit.

The balance of your payment is due upon the driver’s arrival.

  8. What should be done if it starts to rain?
